#PiliPINAS2016 #Halalan2016 #Eleksyon2016

Napili mo na ba ang Pangulo mo?

Our local media is now bombarded by election-related activities, campaign sorties, debates, bantering, and politicking. Pero Kabayan, sana naman sa darating na halalan, piliin natin yung Pangulong may puso, malasakit sa ating mga OFW, the one who can uplift the present economy our country. Now, Philippines credit score rating is upgraded to INVESTMENT GRADE. Current administration’s campaign to eliminate corruption in the bureaucracy worked effectively. Let us not put to waste this achievement of the Philippines. UMANGAT na tayo, huwag na natin sayangin by choosing a candidate na di karapat-dapat.

Since PNoy’s admin started, our GDP growth is at its highest. If the next President will continue this winning streak, malapit na lang, ramdam na ng buong mamamayan ang paglago ng Pilipinas. Local jobs will be generated and improved with good compensation packages. By this, we OFWs will be returning to our homes, enjoying life with our family.  Di na natin kailangan mangibang-bansa to support our love ones.

We will choose a President who will enhance economic infrastructure to support local businesses. We will choose a President who will prioritize ECONOMY. Track record, performance, good governance.

Why I Started Investing in Stock Market

In my first 2 years as OFW, I worked hard, pati overtime lahat pinapatulan ko para lang tumaas ang kita.

True, I earned big enough, big enough to support all my wants. Wala pa akong goals that time. I work just just to make money and spend it all the way.

After 2 years, I audited my finances, nakita ko ang bank account balance ko, sobrang liit to almost zero. I kept on thinking that if this would be the case always for me, I will end up staying all my life in the desert. Eventually kasi wala nang pera, they will end up going back again overseas to support daily needs.

Drastic change, that’s what I needed that time. Change lifestyle, cut-short all spending habits. I saved my earnings.

If you’re familiar with 10-20-70 rule of saving (10% kay LORD, 20 savings, 70 daily expenses), I modified this one, I created my own strict rule (10% kay LORD, 20% daily expense including remittance, 70% savings). But I survived. Then, I started to think ano ang pwedeng gawin sa 70%, if you let it stay with the banks, then your money will just sleep with very small interest. Business, ahhh good idea, but I should be hands-on with the business, otherwise malulugi lang ito kung i-asa mo sa brother, sister, or pamilya mo kasi nga none of them will take good care 100% of the business kasi di naman sila ang namuhunan, mostly not all.

Search ako sa internet kung ano ang pwede and most suitable for OFWs. Then, I stumbled upon the website of Bro. BO SANCHEZ, familiar na ako kay Bro. Bo since high school days ko pa. our family used to subscribed his magazine KERYGMA. He is helping Filipinos especially OFWs to save and retire hopefully  as millionaires. He has this club called “TRULY RICH CLUB”.

At first, di ko alam na stock investment ang TRULY RICH CLUB (TRC), I kept on reading and reading and carefully study what the club is for and kung ano ang nagagawa ng Club sa members nito. The club is to teach you step-by-step of stock investing. They will guide you all the way hanggang sa maging familiar ka na on yor own. Bro. Bo is famous for coaching his maids to save and invest in stock market, imagine maid nga naka-invest, tayo pa kaya.

For OFWs, this is specially recommended kasi di naman 24 hours nakatutok tayo sa Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). Isa pa may mga trabaho tayo sa umaga ang we’re usually all day sa site, office, or kung asan man ang assignment mo. TRC is teaching us to be investors, namumuhunan lang tayo sa mga malaking company sa Pilipinas. Just follow religiously ang mga recommendations ng TRC and then you can just continue your day job. The KEY here is to save and invest regularly.

TRC is giving away free ebook “My Maid Invests in Stock Market” as primer for those who would like to join the stock market investing. You can click the book thumbnail below. For me the best coach for stock investing is TRULY RICH CLUB, spoon-fed type instructions, even for those who haven’t have any knowledge of stocks.

If I were you... I will join the TRULY RICH CLUB. It's worth it.

Kumusta Valentines Day Mo?

Take for example the #Aldub phenomenon, who would ever think na ganun sila minahal ng taong bayan.

But what about me, tayo na ilang taong nabakante ang lablayp. Are we jaded na ba to that certain kilig feeling.

Eto yung post sa FB, please allow me to share, yung mga “PABILI NG HUGOT” lines. These are funny lines but somehow deep inside us, grabe ang hugot ang dulot sa atin.

DISCLAIMER: I don’t claim any copyrights for the following photos/pics… I just wanna share the fun… Salamat sa Hugot Lines Page sa FB at @HugotStore sa Twitter.

Dito nagsimula ang lahat…

Ikaw ano ba ang HUGOT mo?

Save, Invest, Enjoy... Paano Ba Magsimula?

Kaya habang andito tayo kumikita ng maganda, might as well we will take advantage of whatever opportunities na dumating para kumita ng extra.

Be wise in choosing your investments.

Familiar ka ba sa linyang “Make your Php5,000 into Php1Million in blah blah days… let’s talk it over coffee”.

Remember that GOLD scheme? Sorry, I totally forgot the name pero come to think of it, bakit ka mag-iinvest sa isang bagay na ikaw mismo di mo nakikita ang product na ini-endorse niyo? Anyway, forget about it.

I started myself by INVESTING IN PHILIPPINE STOCK MARKET.

This is no pyramid scheme nor any kind of selling blah blahh…

With just Php5,000 I opened an account with my preferred online broker and then voila… I am already an investor. Later I give some useful links for more details on how to invest in stocks.

I am not an expert here, I will just share how I started investing. Investing in stocks in very high-risk, kaya kung trip mo talaga mag-invest, consult a financial adviser or research more about stocks para malamam mo ang iyong RISK APPETITE. Also, I’M NOT A TRADER. Trader is different from an investor. I invest for long-term meaning my investment is intended to stay there for 5-10 years or more.

Andami ng mga terms ano… stocks, shares, risk appetite, high-risk, investor, trader and so on… di mo lahat maiintidihan lahat yan sa isang upuan lang sa harap ng PC mo. I studied very carefully para maiintindihan ang stock market before I invest.

Research niyo, most of financial advisers would tell you the best investment instrument for HIGH-YIELD, HIGH-RISK and for long term outlook… STOCK MARKET INVESTMENT.

How I started? I will share on my next post. Nagtatawag na naman ang boss ko dito. Hehehe!

Magandang araw mga kababayan.
